Frequently Asked Questions
The following FAQ answers basic questions you may have
about how to order, how much custom embroidery costs,
etc.
- How much does it cost?
- The price depends on the size and complexity of your
design, if any, apparel you order or provide
yourself.
- Is there a Minimum Order?
- No! There is no minimum order size. Once you pay for
the design setup (see below), you can order one unit or
1,000 for no extra charge.
- We don't mark up the cost of the apparel we purchase
for your project. We don't charge a minimum fee. What we
DO charge is the cost for freight to ship your
apparel from the manufacturer to us, as well as for shipping
the final embroidered product from us to you.
- What is Design Setup?
- Design Setup, or digitizing, is the art of
converting an image into a pattern of embroidery
stitches using special embroidery software. The better
the quality of the design, the more accurate the
digitized design will be. Different types of apparel may
require different digitizing techniques to sew properly.
Digitized designs can only be re-sized a maximum 20%.
Additional costs will be incurred if a change or
addition to the design is made. E-mail, fax or mail us
your design for a free evaluation and quote!

$45.00 – $350.00 per design. Payment is due upon

- Is embroidery laundry-safe?
- Embroidery is more vibrant, more durable, and more
substantial than silk-screened prints or
heat-transferred images.
- The embroidery thread we use will not stretch, shrink,
or fade. Follow the laundry or dry cleaning instructions
on the apparel. If after laundering, the design puckers
slightly due to a slight shrinkage of apparel, just
press with an iron, usually from the back side, using
heat settings as instructed on apparel. We will not
embroider any textile material that is unable to support
this type of embroidery stitching.
